The Luggage Rule
Standard allowance for ALL trips is 1 large (23kg) / medium bag (10kg) + 1 personal item per person. If you are bringing extra bags or oversized items, you MUST notify us in advance. Undeclared extra luggage may not fit in your assigned vehicle and may result in additional fees to provide a larger vehicle if available.
Shared Transit Logistics
- •We coordinate with external operators for shared routes.
- •Pick-up and drop-off are at specific meeting points. Door-to-door service is not always guaranteed.
- •Please arrive at your meeting point 10 minutes before departure time.
- •The vehicles pick up multiple people, depending on your location, wait times can vary from 10 to 90 minutes.
- •Shared routes often involve connections. Departure and arrival times are approximate.
We are not liable for missed flights or connections due to shared route delays.
Payments & Cancellations
All reservation payments are processed securely via Recurrente.com with Visa or Master Card. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your departure time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are strictly non-refundable.
